Hotel Japonès Puigpinós has eight rooms designed and decorated with Japanese elements and style, ideal for disconnecting and resting. Three of these rooms have a tatami mat and futon, for the more daring and those who want to live a 100% Japanese experience, and the other five have a platform and a bed on top.

HARU

Meaning “spring” is the most awaited season of the year. This room has spectacular views of the astonishing forest that surrounds the masia and from the room you can observe the changing colours of the seasons.

Features: 

150cm double bed on a wooden platform, low in the ground, Japanese style.

Bathroom with bath and rainshower.

TV and wifi access. 

South-facing window and balcony with views of the Serrat de Sant Miquel. 

Preservation of an old “teiera”, a space where the fire used to be made with torches and later the oil light to light up in the dark.

NATSU

It means summer. Room with a balcony, facing south-west, which in summer invites you to go out and watch the sunset just behind the hill in front of you, a worth seeing scenery.

Features: 

150cm double bed on a wooden platform, low in the ground, Japanese style.

BBathroom with bath and rainshower.

TV and wifi access. 

Access to a large south-west-facing terrace with outdoor table and chairs.

Conservation of a very special opening above the balcony allowing stargazing from the bed.

South-facing window and balcony overlooking the Serrat de Sant Miquel. 

Preservation of an old teapot, a place where the fire was first made with tiles and later the oil lamp to illuminate in the dark.

AKI

It means autumn. The windows of the room have the best views of the oak grove of Timoneda: a myriad of colours, especially in autumn, when the leaves of the oaks and maples turn yellow and brown, and bring you warm tones to calmly contemplate..

Features: 

Two 90x190cm mattresses that can be arranged in double or single format, on a wooden pallet, a short distance from the floor, Japanese style. Japanese style cushions to sit on at floor level.

Bathroom with rainshower.

Two windows facing the Timoneda oak grove, through which the sunset light enters in a very special way. 

MIZU

It means water. It is one of the four natural elements, basic for life. From the windows of this room you can see the swimming pool and the spectacular forest of pines and oaks that surrounds the farmhouse.

Features: 

Two 90x190cm mattresses that can be arranged in double or single format, on a wooden platform, a short distance from the floor, Japanese style. Japanese style cushions on which to sit at floor level and the possibility of placing two futons to extend it.

Bathroom with rainshower.

Three east-facing windows, through which you can watch the sunrise, and a large north-facing window.

FUYU

It means winter. In Japan the seasons are very important and this room was the place where the fire and the oven used to be, where the inhabitants of the house used to spend long periods of time in the evenings during the cold winters.

Features: 

Adapted room.

Double bed or two single beds. The beds are not flush, but raised to make them accessible to everyone.

Two windows with great views of the woods facing south and west.

TSUKI

It means moon. The room faces south-east, to the old attic of the farmhouse, with a window that invites you to watch the moon at night.

Features: 

Traditional Japanese room, with tatami floor and futon for a good rest.

KAZE

One of the four elements of nature, the wind, present in all religions and philosophies. Symbol of movement and the creation of vital processes. It gives its name to this room located in the old attic of the farmhouse, where the cereal of the harvest was kept as long as it was dry.

Features: 

Traditional Japanese room, with tatami floor and futon for a good rest. Possibility of a triple room.

ISHI

Significa pedra. Element de gran importància pel poble japonès i la base de la masia catalana. Símbol de la unitat i la força, és la pedra que ens embolcalla en tota la masia.

Features: 

Habitació tradicional japonesa, amb terra de tatami i futon per tenir un bon descans. 

Bany amb banyera i dutxa “rainshower”.

TV i wifi. 

Habitació orientada a nord, amb vistes a l’església de Timoneda.
