*You can always book on weekdays (Thursday or Sunday). On weekends, the hotel has a minimum reservation of two nights.

YOGA

This is the most widely practised type of yoga in the West and consists of six different types of asanas: forward bending, back bending, twisting, side extension, inverted and balancing. It is a dose of awareness, well-being and harmony, a vitamin that helps you from the first session to blossom from the inside out. This practice includes physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

Individual yoga session: 50€.

Couples yoga session: 70€ (the couple)

MASSAGE

Relaxing or decontracting massage with essential oils.

Therapeutic massages that release tensions in the physical body and mind, indicated in situations of stress or in case of contractures or muscular tensions.

50′ session: 70€.

High season is July and August, Christmas and Easter and other holidays and long weekends throughout the year.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and these can only be exchanged in the low season.

Gift vouchers that include accommodation can be used in the low season. If the beneficiary wishes to stay in the high season, he may do so, but he has to pay the difference in the price of the room.
