Purchasing a gift voucher works as follows:

Choose the package you are most interested in or you can also take accommodation, meals and some service separately and create your own package.

In the purchase process you will be asked for the name of the beneficiary (this is so that we can personalise the gift voucher). You also have a section where you can add notes where you can tell us what you need.

When we receive confirmation of the purchase, we will generate a gift voucher in pdf format specifying what the gift includes and we will send it to the email address you have left us. From there you can print it out to give as a gift (the gift voucher may take two or three days to be sent; if you need it urgently, it is best to let us know).

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

In order to enjoy the experience, the beneficiary will have to contact the hotel by email, phone or whatsapp to book the date.
